History

1968.  Al Saley, President, co-founded his first recruitment firm. He built several recruitment firms and temp agencies in Toronto and Southern Ontario specializing in permanent, contract and temporary placements in Corporate Services, Administration, Finance and Information Technology personnel. Al later sold his business interests and became president of Adecco Canada.

2002. After leaving Adecco, Al Saley and his business partner, Karen Law, acquired Dean & Associates; PED Holdings Limited, now operating as the Dean Group, is managed under the direction of Al Saley and Karen Law.

2003. Acquired Pinstripe Technical Services, a division of Pinstripe Personnel, to form Dean Information Technology.

2004. Dean Real Estate/Property Construction & Property Management division was launched.
