Story

In the Beginning.  Al Saley built several successful recruitment firms in Toronto and Southern Ontario, specializing in permanent, contract and temporary placements in Corporate Services, Administration, Finance and Information Technology staffing.

Al grew his companies to a National level, later selling his business interests in 1993 to become president of Adecco Canada.

2002.  After leaving Adecco, Al Saley and his business partner, Karen Law, acquired Peggy Dean and Associates, now operating as Dean Group in downtown Toronto.  The Dean Group is managed under the direction of Al Saley and Karen Law.

2003.  Acquired Pinstripe Technical Services.

2004.  Dean Group launched a Property Management, Construction and Land Development division.

2005.  Opened an office in Kitchener under the direction of Managing Partner, Janice McVey.

2006.  Expanded our services to include Engineering and Skilled Trades.

2015.  Development of a new area within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biopharma and Medtech.
